Help clean up the Santa Clara River and stop by the CalTrout tables in the Environmental Expo to learn about our local projects.

At the Heal the Bay Aquarium on Santa Monica Pier you can learn all about anadromous fish that spend most of their lives in the saltwater of oceans and estuaries, then swim up freshwater rivers and streams to lay their eggs or spawn.

Be sure to stop by the MCERP table as we join in the celebration of the LA River and its interconnections with art, nature, health, water, and climate change in LA!

Join us at this interactive fly fishing event, taking place at Patagonia Ventura! JB's Fly Fishing Extravaganza is a public, fair style event. Casting and fly tying demos, numerous local and out of town fly fishing organizations, informative presentations, chance to win sweet Patagonia gear and much more! Also, live music, food truck and a wide variety of drinks. This is a great opportunity to learn about fly fishing itself but also the importance of keeping our rivers clean and protected. Caltrout will be talking about how we are striving to keep our fish populations alive and well! Event takes place in the store parking lot at 235 W Santa Clara St, Ventura, CA 93001.
