Clean Oceans Start Upstream! MCERP is partnering with Heal the Bay and Four Seasons Hotels Westlake Village to lead a Malibu Creek State Park inland cleanup. Los Angeles’ Coastal Cleanup Day recruits an average of 7600 volunteers annually to remove 2 million pounds of trash from inland and coastal waterways throughout LA County. This year, there will be 60 cleanup sites including Malibu Creek State Park.
