Tarzana Earth Day Celebration

  • Tarzana Recreation Center 5655 Vanalden Avenue Los Angeles, CA, 91356 United States (map)

Enjoy live music and family entertainment while learning about living green from many local orgs—including the MCERP—sharing sustainable living tips. The event also features native California plants, art projects, animals at the Critter Squad station, inflatable jumpers, food trucks and much more! Don’t miss the 1,000 plus colorful Earth Day Posters that will be on display by local students who participated in the Earth Day Poster Contest.

Stop by our booth to learn how landscape scale restoration can help restore endangered wildlife and our iconic open spaces from summit to sea. We'll have photo ops as a southern steelhead, giveaways, and info on how everyone can take part in our community science program.

The 13th Annual Earth Day Celebration is hosted by the Tarzana Neighborhood Council, West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, and Councilmember Bob Blumenfield. For more information visit https://www.tarzananc.org/.
