Urban Wildlife Week, October 18 - 25, is when thousands of community members across the LA region come together to celebrate the majestic urban wildlife and remarkable ecosystems that thrive in our metropolis. The week culminates with the annual P-22 Day Festival, in its 10th year of celebration for the famous Hollywood cougar who became the symbol of endangered wildlife within our borders and the loss of genetic diversity. Join us in community partnership for protecting local wildlife and the work being done in reconnecting our wildlife corridors. There will be booths of interactive displays, immersive experiences, captivating exhibits and activities to ignite your curiosity and deepen your connection to nature and wildlife! Music and food, too, of course!
